Fandom Radio :: Monday, August 29th.
Do-do-dooo! It's the big Texas Butters Show! And here he is, Biiiiiig Texas Butters!
Well, howdy, there, pardners, I'm Biiiiig Texas Butters! And these are my squirrels, New and Semester ! ♪ Happy Traaaaails to you! ♪ That's right, it's a new Semester here at Fandom High, so I hope you all get up and get ready for class on time, because you don't want to be tardy! New semester means new students, and old students who get to stay, like me! So let's find out what everyone was up to yesterday!
For SCHOOL news, it says here that Raven was kinda meloncholy at the Library, which seems kinda obvious, but Ryan actually came in, lookin' for medical books on some sort of disease. Wastin' no time in getting into studying, huh, Ryan? Good job!
In the DORMS, Ender was checking email before Ben comes in to see how the emails're goin' and how fun it's gonna be havin' his brother at school with him. Oh, boy! That does sound fun! I've never had a brother before! My parents always said one was enough, like I was all they needed, isn't that nice?
Peter was pokin' around on his computer before Rosella was kind of a bitch and said he wasn't very interesting. I'll bet Rosella ain't very interestin', neither! Then Quinn probably went an' bored him talkin' about the sorority an' stuff.
Sam was in our room eatin' bagels and watermelon. Mmmm. Watermelon! Nico was playin' video games before Luke interrupted with advice on how to make himself all vulnerable and stuff. Kate fought with her cell phone....I wonder if it called her a bad name! Either way, it prompted Ryan to talk to her about how some people are way too into technology, and some people don't know anythin' about it at all. An' while they figured out technology, Rapunzel was workin' on brushin' alllllll her hair. She was probably at it most of the day.
Bruce had cake in the fifth floor common room, and Rilla was all YAY CAKE and YAY TEA, but not YAY FUNSIES. Apparently, she doens't like that word at all, which means she's probably not very funsies. Elphaba was curious about both the cake and Bruce's future career options, but Petra was excited about the cake again and learned about how J,GoB is not really a god, but he might as well be with the yummy cakes they got!
Crazy Kenzi was playin' her music way too loud; Scully agreed before she got Crazy Kenzi to get her stuff. An' Freddie had spaghetti tacos on the third floor. Spaghetti tacos? Spaghetti tacos!! Please don't tell me someone messed up that pantry! I spent a lot of work on that pantry so we could help avoid things like spaghetti tacos, fellas...
*sigh*
Anyhoos, in TOWN, Annie came in for the special at Mr. Carrick's restaurant, and wound up with a job. Dolf tried to work off some energy at Turtle & Canary by handlin' a broom, while Mr. Mitchell's hirin' at the theater. An' Mr. Stark came on in to Fixer Uppers, which isn't Fixer Uppers, it's Stark Industries now, so I guess I don't work at Fixer Uppers anymore! Ender came in to see if he's still got a job there, and was a little confused because Mr. Stark's name is Howard, not Tony, like Tony Stark, and Mr. Stark mostly just wants to know if there's flying cars, I guess.
And there are! They just don't fly for long. All's ya gotta do is fly one off a cliff! Hahaha!
Mr. Rogers stopped by to see Mr. Stark, too, and to talk about spacegoers and there having been a lot of people named Tony Stark on this island. Kinda like Joe Smith's in Utah, I'll bet. Firekeeper was at the Gig, where Mr. Lannister wanted a horse and thinks Firekeeper's great big dog is a direwolf. Which I assume is a kind of great big dog.
And it's not Mr. Priest at Caritas last night, it was Mr. Wells, and he got Mr. Nolan a Guiness and talked about a bartender who could draw body parts in the foam! Boy, that's neat! I'd have him draw a foot! Or maybe a nose, that would be real funny, hahahaha! And Mr. Stark got a drink, and got to hear about all sorts of things I don't think I wanna repeat on public radio from Mr. Wells. I mean, it included jeggings. I don't know what they are, but I don't think I wanna know!
And that's all the news for today, folks! Stay tuned all this week and next for auditions and vote for your gosh darn most favorite radio hosts ever! I sure hope I'm one of 'em!
