Fandom Radio, Saturday, August 13th
Hi, everyone. This is Dave Nelson, back here at WTFH Radio studios. Thank you for being completely free of monsters who want to kill us all and destroy our stuff at the moment. Let's keep it that way, please?
We'll start, as always, with School news....
In Defying Death, Mr Grayson told everyone about motorcycle jumps and then had people were doing them, which is insane. Especially when the jumps they could do involved everything from cars to a tank filled with THIRTEEN SHARKS.
Mr Winchester gave his Computers class virtual pets to play with.
True Heroism had a small town with plenty of cats in trees and crying kids that the students had to handle. As a reward, there was pizza.
Mr Gardner didn't show up for Phys Ed, so it was up to Jaime and the other students to find dodgeballs. But they just ended up passing time with random things.
And the library was quiet without Wesley there.
Over in the offices, our esteemed Principal had Grace playing a computer game, Mister Anders threw a pyramid ball against the wall in what sounds like a blatant disregard for bounce physics, and Ms Granger's letter writing was interrupted by Mr Caffrey stopping in to see just how unusual last week was. And regardless of how many times she offered to turn him into a cat to prove that these things happen, I have to say that it's VERY UNUSUAL. Monsters appearing could be common, but it's NOT USUAL. Just so that's clear.
And now Dorm news....
Bod had a much easier time waking up than Kate G the morning after the beach party. And they talked a little about Kate's reputation with Bod's friends after she made out with, um, Ramona, and I guess that's out there for anyone who didn't know before. If it helps, I think most people would think less about the moral implications and more about how great that is.
Surreal became a kitten during a rather appropriately adjectived moment running down the stairs.
And in the first floor rec room, Sam P told Freddie about rescuing kittens in class during the iCarly show.
And in Town....
Bod told the staff of Cafe Luke's about the party the previous night. But if I do say so myself, and on behalf of the squirrels, you just can't do better for recapping than listening to WTFH every morning. After all, our motto here is.... *shuffles papers* "Where's me rum?" That can't be... actually, no, that makes some ense.
Seifer was excited about going to the amusement park just off the island after his shift at Groovy Tunes. Harper received bags of costume jewelry over at Things Reborn. And Hope spent her Friday annoying Apu at Turtle & Canary.
And that's all the news that fit into yesterday. So until next week, this has been Dave Nelson for WTFH, Fandom's Pirate Radio, telling you... *sigh* "Where's me rum?"
I'm not saying that next week.
