Fandom Radio, 4/21/11

Hello, hello, hello all you good people of Fandom. It is I again, Captain James Hook, ready to lead you on a no-nonsense voyage through the news of yesterday.

We start as we always do, setting sail to the world of The School.

As it is finals week, various classes tested your mettle in many ways. Extreme Physical Education were able to choose an activity they'd done previously and do it well. Not much of a test, then, is it? >a href="http://fandomhigh.livejournal.com/2821438.html">Science of Psionics had an exam, where they were warned that even thinking about cheating would be known to the teacher. Ahaha. My kind of instructor.

After class, Emma Frost apologized to the teacher for missing last week, due to using her powers on vampires. So note to any vampires out there, Emma Frost takes the time out of her day to abuse your kind. What Not to Do in a Fight merely had to tell their teacher's something one shouldn't do in a fight. Apparently Miss Ghanima and Mr. Deadpool believe in easy As.

Home Ec's final was to cook something, present it to the teacher, and recite something they learned during the semester. Then they were rewarded with brownies. You pampered, silly children.

Finally, over in the library, Gabrielle looked at books about birds after an incident with a flock of pamphlets. Here's hoping they weren't religious tracts.

And now, The Dorms.

The faithful leaders of cheer mingled and stretched, worked on routines, discussed business, and had their coach as well as an audience present.

The Magic and Support Reserves got together to discuss everything they've learned. As well as eat snacks and talk with their leaders.

Katniss watched TV in her room, until Gabrielle came by to discuss their research projects, and then Karla came by to discuss marsh mallow. Over in the fifth floor common room, Bruce unhappily watched American Idol. And on the roof, Effy enjoyed the sun.

And closing up the dorms, we move on to The Town.

Young Hank decorated Turtle and Canary for Easter, Shelley went through fashion magazines at Pixie Dust and Caroline stopped by to shop but was distracted by the charms of Shelley and her chattiness. Alex Cabot frowned at her laptop at Cabot & Associates, Lion-O helped the kitchen staff at Luke's Diner, and Alexander studied his little royal heart out at Fixxer-Uppers.

Kate made sure Mystery Sign Theater played a film film starring Fandom's own Lucas Lee, yesterday. Bod stopped by to buy some candy and joke with Kate about needing to get back to his books. Ramona also stopped by to discuss Mr. Lee's acting skills, and Kate realized that she'd met Ramona during the weekend of small-ness. Apparently one was made into a princess.

At the Devil's Nest, Jessica grumbled about timelines while the DJ played Lady Gaga. Then over at Caritas, Nathan yelled suggestions at Tino until Caroline came in to comment on Tino's creepiness. Nathan then informed the dear lady about Tino's cross-stitch habit.

And that, my good fandomites, is the news of yesterday. Now set sail into this good day, and seize the heart of whatever you seek. Ahahahahaha.
