Tonight? Why would I be excited about tonight?
*chittering*
As opposed to all the other 'big' dances this place has?
*more chittering*
I am not a killjoy. I'm not stopping anyone else from being excited about it.
School
Ethics class dealt with the repercussions of cheating, and discussed potential punishments for someone who'd been caught cheating. All of which were no doubt less severe than they could have been.
The Doctor was away for Adventures, Capers and Escapades, so the cute Bobby talked about colonising Mars, and what supplies should be taken on the trip.
Primatology was concerned with lectures on evolution, what humans have in common with primates, and exam prep.
While in Nation Building, Cabot asked for students' visions of success and what the perfect country might look like. Afterwards, Katniss came up to talk to her.
In the Library, Cassidy dealt with fighting books and books on fighting, before Ender came by and they talked about their respective weekends.
Edmund was in his office, counting gold pieces. I guess his plan to profit worked out.
Dorms
Kate was trying to sleep after that complete was of time when Bod woke up with her, after talking about knife practice and plans for tonight's dance, which would be incredibly improved with knives, they decided they were boyfriend and girlfriend again...you did not need to toss glitter at me about that.
Rilla was down in the Lobby, selling prom tickets and taking votes for the King and Queen, and I hope you all remembered not to vote for Clark. Roy bought two tickets, and was immediately intercepted by Scully. I'm sure those two things were purely coincidental.
Wesley was up on the Roof when he turned into an owl. Sucks to be him. Meanwhile Nathan smoked in his room, and tried to get Caroline to model clothes for him. Alex Russo was also in her room, but read instead of smoked.
Alexander was studying maps in the Third Floor Common Room when Bruce asked him if he was still looking for a green island. Bruce then proceeded to shock Rilla by not having an escort for the dance. Mostly I'm surprised she thought he needed to pay someone to go with him. Alexander then showed her his maps, which Alex Russo also wanted to see. There are just too many things I could say in response to that. Rilla offered Alex tea, because apparently that's what you do with people you haven't met before, and William asked about Alexander's research before greeting Rilla.
Squall had a ruined tux and a shower, before waiting for Rinoa to show up so he could tend to her leg. Which I'm sure is all he tended to.
Town
Mille was absorbed in a book at Book Haven, I hope not literally, while Helen and the horses were all in good moods at the Gig. Cally put another shrimp on the barbie at Strokes of Genius, and Sov rearranged shelves by color at Fixer Uppers.
Scully was sleepy and cranky at the Clinic, which certainly had nothing to do with the fire drill I'm sure. Meanwhile, Chrono polished glasses at the Devil's Nest, and Wallace looked up vacations at Caritas.
