Fandom Radio, Wednesday 9/11
Good morning. Wednesday again and I’m here with squirrels and it still feels early today. Is it early? No matter, let’s get on with the notes.
The school had fewer introductions this week. Unsurprisingly. In Ethics we discussed costume-based revenge on people who may currently be cats. That was very entertaining. World Mythology talked of creation myths about Tiamat who may be a dragon. Raiden took his Food and Cultural Appreciation class to Singapore to try food from Chinatown and that sounds like a good place to visit.
The porg is sad, as usual, so no notes from the dorms so we’ll go to the town where Tino did something terrible at Caritas that poor Kitty had to deal with. He made pie. From Malort. Which Dean ate. On purpose. Dean, why would you do that to yourself? Kitty wondered the same thing and gave him drinks to try and get the taste out of his mouth. I hope it worked. Kitty did successfully warn Yelena away from the pie. Good. And then talked about Logan and showed Yelena how she can go through things.
Dean also was at work with packages that moved and phone calls. And Jane brought him apple pie so at least he had some good pie yesterday and not just Tino’s monstrosity and they talked about classes and there’s a lot of glitter on these notes.
And Rey was at The Perk having pumpkin spice and if I’d known I would have gone to say hello. And get coffee. I love the pumpkin spice.
*chittering*
I don’t care if that’s ‘basic’ Leroy it’s delicious.
That seems to be everything. Perhaps I’ll see some of you at the bar tonight. If not at the very least you’ll almost certainly hear me here next Wednesday.
