Fandom Radio, Tuesday May 6th

Hello? *Yawns* I didn't order room service, I didn't know you could get--SQUIRRELS?! WHAT THE FFF--

Don't you shush me! But, like, what the--why are you here?! Wait. Is that radio equipment? Wait, you guys are here to make me do radio? Why?! You had to cross to an entirely different world! You couldn't just find literally anybody else on the island?!

What do you mean the necromancer can't talk and you couldn't find the vampire doctor? Why were you limited to those choices? It's a whole island full of people! You kidnap people all the time! Why the--oh. You were curious about Daventry. That makes sense. Well, get in here. If I'm gonna do a broadcast, I'm not doing it out in the hallway of the Daventry Inn in my pjs, for BLEEP's sake.

Anyway, I'm here bringing you yesterday's news today, even though I am, once again for incredulity's sake, not on Earth anymore.
School is out for the moment, so the only note I have here is that Beta was doing research at the library during her shift. Dorms was similarly quiet based on the--hey. Where's the intern porg?

Anyway, Dean - hi, Dean - was up early in the morning at the Perk doing some research. The new guy in town, Remy LeBeau stopped by to say hello and talk to Dean about being the new guy. Turns out he's from-- *happy gasp* --Louisiana! Another Southerner in town! Allô! Comment sont les haricots, monsieur? Sadly, that's about as much Cajun as I know, but still, bienvenue to the island! Oh, right, I'm supposed to be doing radio. Uh, before I left for Daventry, I was trying on my new clothes - courtesy of Boc at Pixie Dust! - when Cal stopped by and--why is there glitter everywhere? Why would you put glitter in the notes, that's so weird. Anyway, moving along, Professor Rai--

What? I'm not allowed to skip over stuff? I wasn't! I mean, we just talked some and he helped me unknot my leather arm sheath thing. That's all. You know. Just regular friendly stuff!

I'm not blushing! And also? I don't have to explain myself to you! Moving. On. Professor Raiden was making possible food crimes at Pizza Planet because of TikTok, and Dean - hi again, Dean - stopped by for a...crab rangoon pizza. That cannot be even a little bit healthy. Dean, do you know what a vegetable even is? Professor Vess was taking notes at the Infinite Consortium, until Professor Scientia showed up. She said she had to talk to him about something, but then had a really terrible coughing fit and ended up losing her voice. Eesh. I hope you feel better soon, Professor Vess, and no hard feelings about your leftovers trying to kill me. Professor Smith had her earbuds in at Turtle and Canary today, but that didn't stop her from answering texts from Professor Not-The-Rich-One-Stark about the nurses and the crab being 'weird and smirky' at him during his shift at the Clinic. But then he had to go because Professor Scientia showed up to talk to him. HIPAA prevents me from saying for what reasons - not that it stopped the squirrels from writing it down, mind - but if you're really that curious, I'm sure deductive reasoning will help you figure it out.
Over at the fire station, Officer Diaz was ordering plastic fire fighter hats while Officer Buckley was figuring out the food situation for the open house they're planning. They also talked about using the extra firefighter hats to make planters and also have y'all considered making them the chili bowls? Or at least, holding the chilly bowls? Also, good choice on making chili. And Officer McGarrett stopped by and got filled in on the fire fighter open house and there was a suggestion of the Trooper Station and the Fire Station combining forces for one big open house celebration. In weirder news, Ms. Solo Fel Rey's warehouse met up with Dean Skywalker to prove that she could do the crazy obstacle course with quicksand and possibly lava??? that was...yes, in the warehouse. Betting that's my weirdBLEEP Fandom sentence of the day. At least, I hope it is.
After our visit - shut up squirrels - Cal - hi, Cal! - went to the junkyard to separate some stuff by...force?...until Dean showed up to check in on him. That's real sweet of you Dean...hmm. I don't like how the squirrels are grinning about this. Very, very sus. At Covent Garden Flowers, Ms. Ingram was listening to music today, at least until it was time for her to head back home, where it looked like she and Professor Amicitia had a quiet evening in.
That's it for the notes! I'm kicking the squirrels out so I can get a little more sleep before the tournament starts proper, but I'll leave you with this Whatta Man/Seven Nation Army ballroom cover mashup. Yep, you heard me.
