2019 doesn't even seem like a real year, you guys. Where are my rocket-powered boots and coffee that follows me around?
*chittering*
No, Leroy, I'm not going to pay you to follow me around with coffee. That probably violates at least five health regulations. So. Classes were yesterday, even though it was the first of January, so if you think the teachers were hungover, congratulations, you win something very quiet and not clangy. A New You and wow is the rest of that name long, so no, explained the premise of the class, which is making up an entirely different version of yourself for the whole semester. So...lying. Fun. Aphra was definitely hungover, and so her class introduced themselves with more lying in The Art of Honesty because Tuesday has a theme. Well, except for Problem Solving Through Science, though they'll probably lie when something goes wrong and blame it on someone else, and Make It Fashion, which went fabric shopping.
In town, Astrid was dealing with flowers which were singing "Auld Lang Syne" at the shop, and Female Teacher and Newly Notorious Radio Curser Jack was drinking coffee at the Perk. Mitsutada's New Year's Resolution was taking over control of the specials board, so they were all Japanese, which I'm not great at speaking, so you'll just have to live without knowing what you can't get at Luke's today because the specials were for yesterday.
And that's everything! Be this refreshingly unweird next week, too, Fandom.
