Fandom Radio, Saturday, June 11th

Good morning, Fandom. You have no idea how great it is to be reporting in front of rum-filled squirrels again. This is Dave Nelson for WTFH, Fandom's Pirate Radio. Happy to be here.

Starting as always with SCHOOL news....

Life's a Circus was all about showing people how to juggle. When the students paired up to try it themselves, Jack McCallister got to show off the fact that he already knew how to juggle. So Sam P ramped up the difficulty by suggesting other things he could juggle, including live squid. Cara was able to juggle three balls by the end of class, impressing Butters, who wasn't doing quite as well. Freddie wasn't doing great before Sam threw a ball at his head. And Sam wasn't really trying to juggle at all, so when Mercy tried to applaud her throwing balls in the air wildly, Sam asked for money instead of applause.

In Advanced Astrophysics with Crafts, Dr Richards discussed wormholes and interdimensional travel. Squall argued that interdimensional travel was proven by Fandom, but Doctor Richards pointed out that it was unverifiable in a lab. Then Marshall offered to share his notes on wormholes with Dr Richards. And once everyone was done with the lecture, the students made puppets out of paper bags.

Computers 101 had virtual pets for the students to take care of and play with. Faramir wanted to know why they couldn't spend a week with real pets, but that wold probably be a little strange coming from computers class.

Wesley was in shock at the library, and I hope he recovers from that soon.

Over in the offices, Mr Stark read more about cupcakes, Mr Anders was focused on sports, and Ms Granger wrote a letter.

And now to DORMS AD CAMP news....

Alex Aaron celebrated being human again at the main campfire with food, and plenty of it. Percy checked in and tried to come up with ways to cook a Pop Tart on the fire before discussing the kind of things I've thankfully only heard of being able to transform into. Butters was excited by the thought of cooking Pop Tarts on the fire and also suggested ways to do it before coming into a philosophical conflict with Alex about if there's such a thing as too much sugar. Wesley seemed to have moved from shock to thoughtfulness. He and Alex discussed transformations and the island moving. And Bobby D grabbed some food and told his little brother Alex about his time as an animal.

Tony found a romance novel while sneaking around in Ben and Ender's dorm room and apparently couldn't put it down.

At the Hanson Campfire, Sam P and Freddie worked on their web show. And Sam of course used what she learned earlier that day for dangerous means when she juggled by the fire. Before the broadcast, the pair discussed holding the show by the fire and topics for future shows. But this week's show came first, including Jack Carter being forced to sing.

Now let's head to TOWN news....

Luke's was open despite Bod not being around. But Ariel still showed up to discuss the horror of frying foods that shouldn't be fried with the staff. In honor of Father's Day, Vida had a special bouquet set up at Covent Garden Flowers.

Jenny was still at cat over at Pixie Dust until she suddenly wasn't. Fortunately, she had plenty of clothes around when she changed back into a human. Harper was decorating the rain ponchos she had left in stock at Things Reborn. And Jessica took at vampire quiz at Caritas.

And that's all for today. From everyone at WTFH, Fandom's Pirate Radio, have a great weekend.
