Good morning, everyone, it's Captain Steve Rogers a few days early. Stark--the other Stark--was unavailable today.

Since it's a break week, we're pretty quiet on the island and I can assure you that the park is safe to walk through today. We didn't have classes yesterday, but I am looking forward to seeing everyone back at paintball next week!

In town, Liliana was at the diner for her weekly--

*chittering*

--I am not calling it a "booty call." Her lunch date with Ignis. Stark asked Gladio at the gym for hobby ideas--Tino at Caritas' new hobby is apparently blending things--and gardening is always a good choice too. Pam was helping her plants get through the heat wave. Jaina was in the Perk drinking coffee and reading and both of those would also be hobbies, though in my household drinking coffee is more of a personality trait than a hobby.

Party planning could also be a hobby, and so I hope you all can make it to my party tomorrow. Tony's really gone to a lot of effort for it. Have a great day!

Good morning, everyone! It's Captain Steve Rogers with the news of a much less...well, I'd say 'emotionally heavy' Thursday, but the squirrels are holding acorns like they aren't afraid to throw them, so I'll keep that to myself. Even though it was funny.

*sounds of acorns being thrown*

Quite a start to the day. Let's get to classes. Ethical Dilemmas was given the day off--thank you, Liliana--Philosophy of Food took a quick trip to a museum exhibit in London, and Breakfast Foods worked on mastering pancakes, waffles, and French toast.

In town, Liz was bravely facing down month-end spreadsheets, Luma was expanding her knowledge of the dresses and makeup for sale at Pixie Dust, and Steven stopped work at the museum for lunch and selfies with Watts.

Finally, it was open mic night at Groovy Tunes, with Stewart performing lightning-themed music, Charlie playing Viking songs--like cheers for the football team?--and Jack, after some prodding, playing piano.

And that's everything! Have a good weekend!

*chittering*

...I didn't realize you had such strong opinions about facial hair. Thank you for the input, but it's my face and I'm going to do what I like with it. Good morning, everyone, it's Steve Rogers with the news of yesterday and to tell you that the rain of bags has ceased. Liliana, Sam, I apologize for my absence in class yesterday, but I was blocked into the tower. Judging by the stack of notes, Tony and I weren't the only ones having problems, so let's get to it, shall we?

In classes, Ethics was having a field trip in the Danger Shop to Omelas, a shining city that isn't so shiny; American National Parks went to New River Gorge in West Virginia; Philosophy of Food had to explain their food choices between several options; and Belle and her 'avoiding home' bag were hiding in the library. Raiden was using his class as market research for breakfast food preferences.

In town, Liz was dodging bags at the Photo Hut, Sabine was doing the same at Wellspring Arms, and Pixie Dust was staffed by a wolf. The squirrels are saying that they weren't getting any closer to find out why there was a wolf as they like to be un-eaten. That's fair. Don was dealing with bullying baggage in his rooms at our tower, where Tony and I were trying to figure out whose bags belong to who in our apartment.

McGarrett and Danny couldn't stop tripping over McGarrett's baggage, Steven told Watts he wasn't letting Marc out today--the bags were annoying, but I don't think it rose to the level of locking your friends up, and I'm sure the sheriff also said so--and Vi and Steph worked a shift together while rather aggressively agreeing that everything was fine as bags showed up. Jaina was in the park working off baggage frustration and assured Stark that he wasn't bothering her, even if his baggage said he didn't entirely believe her. Watts took the opportunity to explain coffee, tea, and what a detective is to Henry as a welcome distraction to the baggage at the Perk.

At the Devil's Nest, Thor and Eric spoke in Ancient Norse--you speak Ancient Norse?

*chittering*

Thor and Eric spoke in a language the squirrels are assuming was Ancient Norse, the baggage followed the Supper Club to Baltimore, much to Lydia, Rey, and Liliana's vocal displeasure, and Illyana, Steven, and Watts threw their baggage off the roof of the boarding house and into portals, where I am assuming for my own peace of mind that they weren't landing on innocent people in other dimensions and knocking them out.

Hope today is slightly less stressful. Have a good one.

Good morning, everyone, it's Captain Steve Rogers with yesterday's news.

Let's start with classes! Belle was in the library supervising gremlins making a collage. It's important to embrace your creative side. Ethical Dilemmas had our first hypothetical question, and if you weren't in the class, well, you should've taken it to know what the question was. We visited St. Louis and saw the Arch in our National Parks class. Philosophy of Food discussed what foods were better served at a dinner party versus a picnic, and The Art of Breakfast learned all about eggs: I prefer mine sunny side-up, which Tony thinks is entirely too perky an order for the morning.

In town, Stewart was playing music at Groovy Tunes, a good place for it, Luma was inspecting Pixie Dust's nail polish inventory, and Prompto delivered Jello and sympathy for Liz's never-ending reports at the Photo Hut. Steph was prepping for a new game release at Magpie Emporium, the Supper Club went out for sushi, Thor was serving mint juleps at the Devil's Nest...does he know that the Kentucky Der--

*chittering*

Oh, good, he knows.

And that's everything for yesterday! Have a great today!

Fandom Radio, Friday, May 16, 2025

Good morning, everyone, it's Captain Steve Rogers here with the news of yesterday--

*chittering*

--and breaking news of today, too, it seems. We are being invaded by giant lizards?!

*chittering*

Okay, giant to you. How tall for the rest of us?

*wishy-washy chittering*

Tall as a building?

*more chittering*

As tall as a very short building. Right. Well, I'll be doing some reconnaissance after this is over, so let's get through the news quickly today, okay?

We had our fourth day of classes. About half of you were in there with me, so you know we began the day with Liliana's Ethical Dilemmas, where even the introductions got a little uncomfortable, and then it was off to Yellowstone with Sam Eagle's National Parks class, then Dr. Lecter's Philosophy of Food, where he checked in about allergies but did not have a waffle bar like Raiden's Art of Breakfast Did you eat from the waffle bar?

*awkward pause*

Right. That's not very professional. Belle was being haunted by ghost stories in the Library. Literally?

*chittering*

Literally. The Dorms were quiet, but the porg has been comforted with pilfered waffles, so we can move on. In Town, Adrian was dealing with an aggressive sales call at Pick Your Poison, Liz was being slow and careful around the Photo Hut, and I hope her energy was boosted by the lunch Prompto brought her, and Boc was folding clothing after coming in late from his food class. Don't worry about that, Boc, lots of people have adjusted their hours to take classes in the summertime. Speaking of possibly missing work, Steven and Watts had lunch at the museum and discussed their next vacation. Tony and I enjoyed our recent trip to Greece, if you were looking for ideas. And in other exotic locales, the Supper Club traveled to Baltimore--admittedly, not that exotic--to try fancy Syrian food, which sounds amazing. Lydia, Liliana & Ignis, Rey, Flint, and Adrian got over the prices of the menu and spent an enjoyable evening not wondering too long about how Flint didn't know what stop lights or crosswalks were for. Henry, if you're also confused by these words, let me explain them to you. Please. Friends don't let friends get squished by cars. And finally, Thor was, quote, "definitely not sulking" at the Devil's Nest, and if this is paintball related, know, from the very bottom of my heart, my friend, that I don't regret shooting you at all.

And now I'm off to check about those lizards! Stay safe if that's applicable!

Good morning, everyone, this is Steve Rogers with the news of yesterday. Tony's doing some important work in the lab right now--

*sulky chittering*

--which, yes, is a squirrel-free zone. The notes are all about our last day in Barbados, so this shouldn't take too long. Prompto and family enjoyed a final breakfast, Summer and Stark--not my Stark--took a dip in the pool, and Eleanor and Rey were down on the beach. Ignis went shopping, and Stewart went to the spa.

And the rest of us successfully eluded the squirrels, so well done, everyone. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Good morning, this is Steve Rogers filling in for Tony because he's unfortunately cat-shaped today.

*sounds of thumping and terrorized squirrels*

And Thor's here too. He's a goat. Fortunately there's only one note from yesterday, so I can get everyone out before the studio's destroyed.

It was everyone's wearing terrible sweaters day yesterday and while Dean was the only one the squirrels caught wearing one, I can confirm that I had one on, so did the Tony cat and the Thor goat, and I do have photographic proof. I will be selling them later on, and all proceeds go to a charity to help out homeless vets.

*chittering*

No, not today. Have you heard the birds?

Fandom Radio, August 7, 2024

Good morning, it's Steve Rogers this morning because the dean is busy getting ready for the park shenanigans. Let's get to the news!

Although we're in Chicago right now, yesterday we woke up in West Virginia.

In classes, Gardening learned about getting rid of bugs on their plants, and Summer fed us snacks and educated us about multi level marketing parties, Practical Philosophy had a day off, Meditation mediated underwater, sort of, and Raiden's pizza class learned about West Virginia pies. I have thoughts, but I'm not gonna share them.

*chittering*

Of course because I'm from Brooklyn.

In town, I told Wanda about all of the things I learned about Tupperware parties, Liliana put up posters for a non-Tupperware related party on Friday night, and Tony is already looking for the perfect outfit, so I suppose that's warning to the rest of you to step it up. Kitty had to deal with a post-hike Tino at Caritas, Nell puttered with her plants, Liliana attempted to only eat cake for lunch at the diner--Ignis would not allow it--and Arden and Nell were at Gladio's gym yesterday. Dean and Jane make plans for the party after a brief detour to wonder why we moved to West Virginia and to ask why something called a Sheepsquatch would exist.

*chittering*

And that's everything. I leave you all wondering why a Sheepsquatch would exist. See you at the park!

Steve: Good morning, everyone, it's Steve Rogers with the news this morning.

Beaker: Meep meep meep!

Steve: ...along with Beaker. And some tiny horses. Well, this could go a couple of ways, so let's get it finished quickly before I see tiny horses catch fire.

Beaker: Meep meep meep meep.

Steve: *longish pause* Sure. In classes, Prompto's Photography class watched a documentary on Ansel Adams, one of my favorite artists, Dr. Aphra and Cara made sure their students knew that plagiarism is bad, and Atton and Lana took their class through moral relativism, which I guess would explore whether plagiarism is really bad or not.

Beaker: Meep meep?

Steve: It's bad.

Beaker: Meep meep meep meep meep meep meep meep meep meep. Mee meep! Meep meep meepmeep meep meep meep meep meep meep mee.

Steve: Even the intern porg looks dubious, so I'm guessing none of that happened in the dorms yesterday. In town, Buck was outside catching the marizipan rain, which just seemed like such a choking hazard, the lights were behaving poorly at the clinic, and Arthur was investigating the case of the damp office drawer at Rosa's agency. At the gym, the powdered sugar snow had gotten mixed into the weight lifting chalk, which Gladio made sure to mention to Nell, and Stark wanted to know if the marzipan from the sky counted as fuel.

Beaker: Meep.

Steve: Beaker thinks so, so take that as you will. Irene helped Amaya with a tricky lock at the Forge, Wanda met Diego and Annie's twins over at the Magic Shop, and Ignis was very impressed by the umbrella with cups contraption Liliana had invented to catch the marizpan rain.

Beaker: Meep meep meep meep?

Steve: Just a shot in the dark here, but I'm going to guess and say that no, it didn't explode.

Beaker: Meep.

Steve: Liliana heard about other daily treats to expect this month from Nell, and sat out in the park to collect her marzipan. She met Annie and her twins and got warned about the eggnog showers before she could experience that particular bit of stickiness herself. Well. Eggnog makes better coffee than the mulled wine does, at least? And in our house, that's where the priorities are.

Beaker: Meep mee meep.

Steve: Don't judge me. Stark and Liliana wondered if there's going to be a holiday party this year--Tony, I know your ears just pricked up at that--so I'm going to end the broadcast here and head home before my husband orders a two-story celebratory ice sculpture that looks like either him or me. Expect invitations soon, everyone.

Beaker: Meep meep?

Steve: Only if you stay out of the makers' space.

Well. Tahani al-Jamil has left the island with a note that says "only losers are still doing radio two days before Chirstmas, honestly," so this is your loser, Steve Rogers, doing radio.

Classes are finally over, apologies to the Teamwork students whose final didn't exactly stick--so we mostly have notes about what the elves were doing in town yesterday. They were repairing broken pots at the flower shop, much to Astrid's bemusement, and Jon was at the Perk with some tea. He caught up with Dwight, who was happy to not have been shot in the last few days, and Alara got the recommendation to try a peppermint hot chocolate, which they don't have on the planet she's from. Irene was wearing--

*frantic chittering*

"A thing". Huh. That's not that descriptive, fellas. It certainly made an impression on Jon, even if the squirrels are being light on details for me, and he invited her over for an expat Christmas party. And finally over at Caritas, it was time for summer and her Jello shots, including--wow, is that you trying to write crime against humanity? You misspelled it four different wasys--something called a s'moyster. I think I'll pass. Goose told Summer about his adventures in the timeloop, Dwight told Summer than being stuck in an endless Friday made Wednesday feel even more special, and Stark got a blue drink and some sympathy for his bad Friday. Fridays? Rey thought she could get used to the little elves and Annie wanted to know if the elves could drink if they had ID that showed they were old enough. Stark wished Annie a belated happy birthday, and Steve McGarrett learned that Diego was no longer a cat, though he had spent each morning puking in Annie's shoes.

And now everyone knows that. Sorry, Diego. McGarrett and Dr. Will decided that they wouldn't try a s'moyster until they'd had a lot of tequila first. Summer got Will started on beer, and Annie checked in to see how Will's endless Friday had gone.

That's everything. Have a safe and relaxing holiday week, everyone.

*sounds of Star-Spangled Man With a Plan*

*sounds of firework explosions*

*sounds of Leroy complaining about something*

Well, honestly, Leroy, I'm not sure why you thought leaving Doritos under a flag last night was going to bring you a present from me.

*chittering*

Maybe you shouldn't trust Tumblr for that sort of thing. This is Captain Steve Rogers, taking Seivarden's spot today because Leroy apparently thought it was more essential to wake me up and complain. Let's get to the news, okay, so I can get ready for my birthday party later. You're all invited, of course. There's fireworks.

Yesterday, of course, there were water balloons from...somewhere. Everywhere.

*chittering*

Leroy blames the woodchucks, but I think that's unsubstantiated. Rey and Anakin powered through their weekly lesson despite the challenges of the water balloons falling on them throughout, Duke and Danny got hit while walking through town--Danny's hair will never be the same--and I got hit in the shower and throughout my run. Tony refused to get me cake for my trauma, but he promised one today. Liam was dealing with water balloon complaints down at the station--sorry to hear that, buddy--and Rosa resigned from the department. Not due to the water balloons. Tahani came in person to complain that the balloons had ruined her designer dress. I'm...not sure that's a matter for the police.

Octavia was learning about boat maintenance of her new ship down at the docks yesterday, but that didn't improve her mood much and led to a...sparring session that got a little outta hand.

*extensive chittering* Yeah, I don't think that's anyone's business.

Lucifer was manning the bar at the Devil's Nest and Summer told him that the water balloons were annoying, but nothing at all compared to being turned into toys last year, which was a...thing that happened, as the kids say. And Duke was at the bar to drink off whatever was going on with him and Octavia.

*slightly judgey pause*

Lucifer was there to be sure he got to a safe place afterwards, at least, but let's not take Duke's example, okay, kids? And that's all the notes I have! Stay safe today, don't blow off your hands with explosives, and come down to the beach this afternoon for burgers and hot dogs and cake if you'd like.

Leroy, please don't start that a--

Fandom Radio, Thursday, May 7, 2020

Well, looking at this stack of notes, I can assume that Detective Williams didn't get across the causeway yet. Quite the eager beaver, isn't he?

*grumbling*

I don't see how that's a disparaging slur against you. You guys aren't terribly eager. Nosy, but not eager.

Let's start over at the Trooper Station, where Danny had Duke locked up for the night on obstruction charges. If you're going to arrest everyone in town for getting mouthy to a police officer, you're going to be...pretty busy. Sorry, Detective. Liam and Rosa weren't exactly thrilled about how the new guy had charged ahead without asking them about, well, anything. Octavia showed up with a sword but didn't use it.

*applause*

The squirrels are very proud of you. I will take this moment to remind everyone that threatening police officers is a terrible idea. Nina showed up and explained everyone knew what had happened because they all listened to radio and then pointed out the squirrel in the office with them wearing a hat.

*chittering*

Wearing a very fetching hat. That seems a little like editorializing, there, Leroy. Larceny--after Nina and Rey told her about the arrest where she was working at Luke's-- stopped into the station to offer bail in the form of a lot of pearls and to make sure that Duke wasn't going to be released into the Baltimore Aquarium.

*long pause*

I feel like I need a lot more context for that to make sense. Over in his cell, Duke got coffee before Danny let him out, Liam explained that the new guy is a little...confused...and Nina offered to break Duke out of jail.

No, Nina. They agreed that you could leap to a lot of wrong conclusions based on radio reports--Detective Williams, please don't arrest people based on radio reports--and then Octavia came down to fill out forms and take Duke home. Duke and Larceny finally figured out what had set Danny out on this--she'd said she couldn't leave Duke's boat and...yeah, I can see how that sounds terrible. No one is being kidnapped! I promise!

Anway, Summer was over at Caritas and Rosa decided she needed a drink after all the excitement. Seivarden reminded her that she was normally there on Tuesdays, not Wednesdays. There was excitement at the bar too--some kind of convention of chicken-sized guys who kept starting fights and getting removed from Caritas. Cait thought they were extremely entertaining. Seivarden wanted to know if she got a three whiskeys if she tried all three of the Jello shot specials.

In non-arrest related news, Shunsui discovered that all T&C had was hamburgers and Amaya was hard at work in the forge preparing weapons for the new arrivals. That's...probably not a terrible plan. Alluka was at Pixie Dust trying to decide on a fun workshop to try this summer--Tony and I are teaching crafts. It'll be fun!

And that's it for yesterday! See everyone at the welcome picnic!
Entry tags:

Fandom Radio, Thursday, April 30, 2020

Hello and welcome to all of the news from town, since classes are over for the year. I'm looking forward to seeing you all in workshops in a few weeks, though.

*chittering*

Leroy says he's going to take at least two, plus Shenanigans. I'm sure Dean Skywalker will be thrilled.

*additional chittering*

Leroy also says that Nina was on the roof in the dorms, so it's not all town news. She was up there to complain out loud about how dumb boys are and got "not all boy"-ed by Owen and Prompto. Owen got to hear about how completely fine Nina is with people leaving after graduation, and Prompto got an earful after Nina realized he'd fallen asleep on the roof.

Summer--after dropping off a delicious apple, celery and lime Jello salad for me, thank you!--was at Caritas with a Bloody Mary Jello shot special. Alluka discovered that her entire store's stock had turned into swimsuits, and Larceny learned that one of busboys had made a fortune in turnips and was quitting.

*long pause*

That doesn't seem like a real thing. Octavia was just as confused about it, and Iris came in to meet Larceny as she tried a dish called "Bitter Ashes of Dreams." That seems dark.

*chittering*

It's collards. Okay.Octavia and Shunsui had their weekly sake date, and Iris was shopping at Amaya's foundry, hopefully not in preparation for graduation, but around here you can never be too careful.

And that's it for today! See you at the ceremony Saturday.

Good morning everyone, it's Steve Rogers here with all of your news of yesterday. Classes are wrapping up, so that means final exams in many different guises. Rosa wrapped up her class with the helpful comic about how in a hundred years, this won't matter and that it barely matters now.

*long, judgy pause*

Huh. Anakin's sex ed class met at his house, which is still a giant unicorn themed bouncy castle. It's something else, you should go see it. Nina told him that it would last like that at least through Sunday, so make sure to get it done soon, everyone. Haberdashery class had to bring their own birds for the final. Juillene brought a lot of birds--

*chittering*

One word? An alot made up of birds, which Ulysses rightfully found to be absolutely terrifying. Octavia stopped by with congratulatory pastries for Duke's end of classes and they planned their next date.

In town, Octavia assured Shunsui at her weekly trip to T&C that yesterday was much better than last Wednesday, Summer was honoring National Jellybean Day--apparently something that exists--with correctly themed Jello shots at Caritas, and Amaya's forge was filled with jellybeans because of, I'm guessing, Jellybean Day. If you have any licorice ones, I can take them off your hands.

*chittering*

They are not garbage candy. I refuse to be judged by squirrels.

Speaking of unfairly judged food, Luke's Diner was having a special on turnips, which came as news to Duke when he stopped in to check on Larceny.

And that's it! Have a good day, everyone.

[OOC: OMFG so over quarantine schooling. SO OVER.]

Good morning and welcome to another day of yesterday's news.

*cheering*'

Well, Leroy's excited, at least. We're down to the last week of classes before final exams--does anyone else feel like time has moved really slowly and then entirely too fast?--and Rosa's class taught the students about running away from their problems. Well, it's an approach. Bird Hats made propeller beanies for peacocks and were warned that their final is "bring your own bird," so that should be an experience for everyone. Shuri, for the record, got a hard no from home about bringing an ostrich in for it. I think we're all pretty glad to hear that. Finally, Sex Ed had a review period.

In town, Shunsui was appreciative of the excellent stacking job that Summer's kid had done in the store over the weekend and then got visited by a hungover Octavia. Amaya was using the specs given to her from a potential child to upgrade the Crumbler with things her future self had come up with, and Summer was back at Caritas with a very fancy Jello shot. Seivarden and Summer were--

*chittering*

Really? "Super awks", apparently, and hopefully the rest of you know what that mean, and Nina came in with an emergency, but the squirrels don't think it was a real emergency. No idea how they'd know that, but sure. And that's all we've got today! Be safe, everyone.

*pause*

Pajamas? Really?

*excited chittering*

Leroy wants you to know that his have those snaps over the butt so his tail can stick out. Thanks, Leroy. Bird Haberdashery was putting fascinators onto seagulls, Rosa's class hit the gym to not resemble marshmallow Peeps--I'm assuming figuratively and not literally, but around here, you can never be really sure--and Anakin gave his sex ed class a lesson on taking care of kids since he thinks this weekend is going to be the return of the...portal children. Swell.

Sidon was selling prom tickets--you can buy you pajamas at Pixie Dust--and--

*chittering*

You took it from a penguin? That explains what Haberdashery class was up to yesterday, I guess. Sex Education learned about masturbation. I'm sure that was not a horrifying class to sit through.

In town, Alluka was trying to find a way to dispose of a large shipment of extremely ugly suits, and Tony and I celebrated his birthday at home.

*chittering*

No, I don't think he'd like a sombrero for his birthday, but thanks.

Good morning, everyone, it's Steve Rogers again to tell you about classes from yesterday.

*chittering*

And that Leroy caught a piece of wood the woodchucks were chuckin'. Good job, Leroy.

In classes, Bird Haberdashery had to put hats on cockapoos, which are...dogs. Nina stopped by and they talked about how all of the cuddly, cute things had stuck around longer than a week and how that meant they probably weren't evil. What a weird place we've chosen to live. And Duke took pictures of the not-birds in exchange for Octavia's pictures of furry fish and just how close were you to that phone?

*sheepish chittering*

Binoculars don't make it better. Sex Education was learning about dating apps--that sounds almost as terrifying as the Miracle of Life movie--and Nina was there to check up with the Dean, too. Rosa taught her class non-punchy ways of relieving stress.

*chittering*

I don't need to take that class, thanks, Leroy.

In town, Larceny wondered why the diner was called Luke's when Duke ran it. Octavia guessed that there had been a guy named Luke a long time ago

*affirmative chittering*

Leroy says that's right. Alluka was selling nothing but pajamas at Pixie Dust, Summer created dice out of jello at Caritas--I admire your devotion to the culinary arts--and Rey agreed to play the drinking game. Amaya was at the forge. Seivarden came over for a tea break and to learn about the latest upgrades to the Crumbler. Shunsui was trying to avoid a fight with the panda for cheese--a sentence I just read out loud--and Octavia also tried to explain how she didn't even want cheese when she came into T&C.

And that's everything! Continue staying cozy, Fandom. Is it weird to be getting kind of tired of cocoa?

Good morning, everyone. Has everyone else's pants turned into pajama bottoms, or is that just a problem Tony and I are having?

*chittering*

Yes, Leroy, we're all aware you don't wear pants. It's a little unprofessional, frankly.

*chittering*

I am not being species-ist. In classes, Bird Haberdashery made beanies for skunkbirds and Sex Education watched a film on the miracle of birth.

In town, Beau got delicious pastries in the mail that she was nice enough to share with Karolina, and Larceny was over at Luke's enjoying noodles and telling Rey about her progress on writing.

And that's it! Enjoy your hot cocoa and blanket forts. I'm going for a run.

Good morning everyone, it's Steve Rogers here again to tell you about classes and other events from yesterday.

Bird Haberdashery made bucket hats for potoos--I had no idea that was even a bird--Rosa's class perfected their ability to complain while still being cool, and Anakin made his class take a STD test.

*long pause*

Uh huh. In town, Amaya was taking care of all of her tools at the forge, Alluka had far too many raincoats at Pixie Dust--if it starts raining pudding to compensate, don't blame her--and Octavia and Shunsui reconvened for their weekly sake at T&C and compared vacations. Yasha discovered the Skywalker Special at Chilly Boulder and it took long enough to eat that she met both Cait and Magnus. Nina was trying to defeat a bad mood using coffee, and complained to Liam about missing vacation and told Sabine she'd been working on a peace process at home instead. Finally, Summer started the St. Patrick's Day specials early at Caritas. Seivarden attempted--poorly--to bribe Summer into not giving Amaya any shots, Amaya came by for their weekly drinking contest anyway, Rey got a quick lesson in the tradition of being pinched on St. Patrick's Day, and Lucifer was there to wash jello shots down with scotch.

*slightly judgey pause*

And Amaya and Shunsui both thanked Summer for the special including free drinks for former owners of T&C.

And that's it! Enjoy the spring weather, everyone.

[OOC: Apologies. For SOME REASON, my attention span is completely shot today.]
