Morning, guys! This weekend was much better, huh? And now we get to enjoy this week without classes before things start up again. And, you know, saying goodbye to people but I'm repressing that part so we're not going to talk about it!
So. No school, and in the
dorms,
Joker threw a last-minute birthday party for himself. Happy birthday! People
showed up, like
Barry who's a human again and talked to Eleanor about... hoagies, apparently.
Jalian was new to this kind of birthday party, so Joker introduced her to the food and bad movies,
Toby showed up for the food but got hellos from Joker and Eleanor, and
Joker was around for the talking-to. Joker and
Eleanor talked about his, um,
present, which I can't talk about as a teacher because that's weird,
Celia gave him a DVD which is much more radio-friendly, but she claimed it's not a present, and
Barry just gave him a hard drive full of porn. Come on, you guys, have mercy on your radioer.
There were also
bad movies to watch, and
Barry and Joker tried to figure out the worst movie ever. It's Manos. This is not up for discussion.
Eleanor was not enjoying the badness and wondered if Joker ever watches good ones, but
Kathy started talking with him about what terribleness to sample next.
In
town,
Flash was having a normal day at the gym, and
Stiles was at the Perk with coffee, and
he and I talked about him going off to college- which should still not be allowed- and tattoos. And
Jessica waited at JGOB with her bags and breakfast before her portal was scheduled.
Cade tried to flirt with her, but they talked about where they're going to when they leave here, and then he gave her bacta patches in case she gets shot at home. That's... sweet? Please don't get shot. And Jessica and
Sia talked about how they're going to miss each other, but they're still going to be talking all the time so it's not really goodbye.
At least we're going out on a hopeful note? Literally. That's my last note. And because it's my radio day and I can totally abuse the airwaves for my own personal reasons, happy anniversary to Clint. I love you and will see you later. Bye, all!
