Fandom Radio; Thursday, August 16th.

Good morning, Fandom! Amaya Blackstone here, with a much quieter than usual Thursday morning broadcast, which isn't at all a complaint. We could probably all use a little peace and quiet after the weekend.

Nothing much going on at the SCHOOL. 'Bout the same for the DORMS.

But in TOWN, Peter was having a good day at the flower shop, and Jaina was pretty sure it was too early for pumpkin spice at the Perk. Kanan stopped in, too, to chat with her about other people being exhausting and did some practice with some Force-stuff.

Kaidan and Hernando invited Sparkle over for a movie-ice-cream-and-wine night. To say there was a little flirting and induendo would be understatement.

And it probably goes without saying, but the Wednesday activity was a bit more of a subdued affair this week, with the theme being campfire stories, but the food vendors were still there when everyone arrived. Kanan and Peter talked about Kaidan's meddling with cupcakes, but Peter didn't want to deny others cupcakes on movie night and took suggestions for something brainless. And if it's not too late to put in my own suggestion, I'm gonna go ahead and request no mushy stuff, either, Peter, but you probably figured I would. Brooke just wanted to know why the fish turned evil, and I think Miguel got it in one when he pointed out all the things everyone did to it, even if some people were, for some weird reason, nice to it. Meanwhile, I'm feeling pretty sure that thing was evil from the get-go, but what do I know?

Either way, there were campfire songs, and this time we didn't even have to make our own instruments for it, and Beaker led Rey through a rousing rendition of 'Meep, Meep, Meep.' And if singing ain't your thing, there was also spooky story time, which Peter thought was a little difficult with it being the middle of the day but conceded to Skywalker's reasoning about, you know, the whole weekend stuff.

And that's all for me this week. Be bold, and we'll see...err, talk at you next time!
