Good morning! This is Kitty with your Monday news on this Christmas-Eve-slash-third-day-of-Hanukkah morning. The short of it is, nothing blew up, though there are some tiny elves around but they seem helpful?

No classes this week, but in the dorms, Nina made breakfast while dealing with bitey fruitcakes, which had Sabine trying to help after Nina trapped one with her foot, and Tisarwat just hoped they didn't expect kissing. No... No, wanting to be eaten is actually kind of worse. Your mileage, of course, may vary.

In town, Beau was fending off fruitcakes while researching Christmas at the gym, and Rosa was at the trooper station where they were arresting fruitcakes. Welcome back, Rosa! Seivarden was warning fruitcake away at the Perk, where she and Duke talked about Christmas and pesky laws, and Seivarden texted with Amaya before going to welcome her back at the forge, where Amaya was mostly worried about the Crumbler. And finally, Magnus brought Octavia a tree so she could properly celebrate Candlenights.

I don't know what that is, but since that's my last note, that's a good way to end on happy holidays! See you next week.

Ohmygosh, anyway, like!!!!!!!!!!!! Besides that. School was not in session yesterday and, like, neither were the Dorms, which just leaves the Town………

The Post Office was the only business hopping yesterday which, like, if you're sending out presents that late…….. you've already failed, right??????????? That's my understanding??????????? Definitely not hopping was Devil's Nest with, like, Lucifer at the piano with carols and Seivarden coming in to listen!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Meanwhile, Beau and Karolina were having a daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate that involved staying home with Santa hats and yule logs on television which is, like, both adorable and haven't we done this already this month??????????? Steve and Tony were packing to go somewhere, probably a party or something, much like the party going on at Duke's boat……….

Larceny tried sharing fruitcake with Duke while, like, Octavia and Rey said hello to her!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rey was also busy, like, admiring the lights, when Duke was super romantic and brought her a drink and they, like, talked about the lights and how if he was…………… erm……… well, I mean, never mind…………

Anyway, ahem, there was absolutely no talking about showing someone a good time while they were inebriated……….. none. Rey and Octavia also, like, bonded about it being their first Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And, like, Octavia also gave Duke a present which is, like, super adorable and awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
